ALASSIŌNIA was founded by Maximiliano the 25th and Marinara, Queen of Alassio — happily engaged for 37 years and counting, a timeline that already hints at our philosophy.
We live in Alassio, where the sea moves forward while time politely stands still. Over decades, we have studied reverse psychology extensively: in relationships, in arguments, in life decisions, and eventually — inevitably — at the dinner table.
Our combined experience taught us one universal truth:
People enjoy things more when they arrive sooner than expected.
So we built ALASSIŌNIA as a place to share that wisdom through food. A restaurant where anticipation is cancelled, endings are gentle, and guests leave not “full,” but complete.
